Returns & Refunds
The following relates to craft and gift items only:
You are welcome to order any item from our online shop. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, please return them in an unused condition and in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of your goods. Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe return of goods.

You may cancel your order up to 7 working days after delivery in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Where applicable we will refund the price of the item and the delivery charge to the purchaser.
